Working Title Parenting Student Support Program Student Employee
Location Parent Study Room and other campus event spaces
Duties Maintain the Parent Study Room, including organizing toys, cleaning, and disinfecting materials. Greet and assist parenting students using the space and answer general campus or program-related questions. Help students schedule meetings with the Parent Support Intern for additional resources or support. Create flyers, handouts, and other promotional materials for parenting student events. Assist with event preparation, setup, and cleanup. Compile and update resource lists for parenting students. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required Interest in supporting parenting students and families. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience working with children and diverse populations. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Canva. Knowledge of campus resources or a willingness to learn. Some light cleaning and lifting, up to 20 lbs, may be required.
Work Schedule Scheduling is flexible within program hours.
