Duties Answering phone calls *Assisting students in scheduling appointments *Data Entry *Content creation for the OAR social media page *Managing other OAR office tasks as assigned *Other limited projects for OAR as assigned
Qualifications No direct experience is required. Training and instruction will be provided and ongoing. *Strong oral reader with good command of the English language; well-developed verbal skills *Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with students, staff, instructors and the general public. *Ability to understand and follow instructions provided by the Director *Ability to maintain student confidentiality (signed agreement required) *Ability to work required schedule in order to provide student and office support It is preferred that a student worker has personal lived experience with a disability, or they have professional experience working with a disabled people.
