Duties
|
Serve as the first point of contact to anyone who enters the Student Life office.
Create, organize, and host front desk events for students to engage with
Design posters, handouts, and campus bulletin boards
Assist Student Life staff with various projects and event preparation
Keep Student Life office organized
Schedule meetings for students and community members with Student Life staff
Help students interested in starting a club or getting connected to events
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Expectations
Serve as a positive representative of Inver Hills Community College and Student Life
Willingness to talk to a variety of new people at events and in the Student Life Office
Ability to work independently and as a team
Students must maintain a GPA of 2.5. If a student falls below a 2.5 GPA, they must meet with Student Life staff member to discuss a support plan.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Willingness to try new things, learn, and get connected to the Inver Hills community
Desire to grow and develop leadership skills

Hours dependent on student’s class schedule. Student staffing from 10 am-3 pm Monday-Friday. |
